It’s hard to describe my Mum in one word, but bubbly comes pretty close. She’s warm, cheerful and positive, and always keen for adventures and socialising. Her kids (and grandkids, and maybe even great-grandkids) will tell you that she’s just about always smiling and singing (even in the supermarket!)
Bubbly Barb was the first ‘keeper’ seedling dahlia that appeared in my very first batch of seedlings back in 2022. She’s bold, she’s beautiful, and relatively quick to flower. She has a great petal-count, and I’d describe her colour as a pinky-with-peachy-undertones (more pinky mid-season).
She’s a true standout in my patch.
