A useful mid-pink mid-sized ball with strong stems.
I owe this dahlia a deep apology. A few years ago I gave her the working name of ‘Nothing Special’.
But she’s obviously pretty special because she is still in my collection after 4 years, and I always pick and sell every single one of her blooms.
I think initially I thought she was just another ball…like Ivanetti or Cornel, which are a dime a dozen (but total workhorses on the flower farm). But it’s her colour that is special – it’s just a really well balanced mid-pink...not too pastel…not too bright…and no hint of peachy undertones.
I hope she forgives me for not seeing her specialness earlier!
